This is us, below. During our Food & Yoga Retreat (June 2024). Right before we were shaking it all of, the emotions, the negativity, the sorrows and worries. Re-energising our bodies, laughing because we were 4 women dancing in a pool for 7 minutes. We started moving our bodies freely and shaking off, loosing up and letting go of all that did not belong to us any longer.

The Benefits
Shaking your body might seem like a simple, even silly activity, but it has profound benefits for your physical and mental well-being. Just as animals shake off tension after escaping a predator, humans can use shaking as a natural way to release stress and rejuvenate.
