Here we are, during our June edition retreat. Right before we were shaking it all of, the emotions, the negativity, the sorrows and worries. Re-energising our bodies, laughing because we were 4 women dancing in a pool for 7 minutes. We started moving our bodies freely and shaking off, loosing up and letting go of all that did not belong to us any longer. Bye to Bleh and Hi to YAY!
