This deposit confirms your reservation for a private (group) session.
 
By placing the deposit, you’re securing your spot and reservation details will be send to you in writing. We will be happy to keep the agreed day and time available just for your (group) experience.

  • Thank you for your interest in booking with Yoga Club Valencia! Below you’ll find the details regarding payment and cancellation for your session.

    Payment Terms
    For private groups , a deposit confirms your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days after the session.
    If you would like to receive an invoice, please send us the following details:

    • Full name

    • Business name (if applicable)

    • VAT number (if applicable)

    • Full billing address

     

    Cancellation Policy

    • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the session.

    • If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, the deposit is non-refundable.

    • In case of a no-show, the full amount of the reserved people will be charged.

    Change in number of participants
    If the number of participants changes, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can adapt accordingly. If the number of participants changes within 24 hours, they will be charged.
